Healthy Tortilla Pizza Recipe

  • 1 Whole grain tortilla
  • 1/4c shredded mozz cheese
  • ¼C pizza sauce
  • Any and as many veggies as you want! (spinach, onion, mushroom, peppers, etc.)


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the tortilla in a baking sheet or directly on the rack of a toaster oven. Spread sauce evenly across the tortilla, leaving ½ inch around the edges. Sprinkle with cheese and toppings.
  3. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbling (no sooner!) and the edges of the tortilla are lightly browned. Slice and serve.
