  • Oxford Treatment Center hosts 2017 Anniversary Weekend

    Oxford Treatment Center, an American Addiction Centers facility in north Mississippi, marked its first five years with an Anniversary Weekend celebration. More than 250 people gathered for the event, including alumni, staff and families, along with those currently in treatment for drug and alcohol addiction. Several alumni shared their stories, and those attending took part in tours and in demonstrations of art, equine and ropes course therapies.

  • Oxford Treatment Center opens new detox unit

    April 12, 2017

    Mississippi’s leading drug and alcohol treatment facility has completed its latest expansion, adding 24 new beds in a specialized new medical detox unit. Oxford Treatment Center’s residential campus at Etta, set on 110 acres within the Holly Springs National Forest, has been undergoing extensive upgrades and expansions over the past year. The latest addition, a two-story facility adjacent to the main lodge, dedicates the entire second floor to the medical detox program.
