Bret brings extensive experience and strong financial leadership to the role, with a proven ability to help organizations grow, increase efficiencies, and build solid financial foundations.

Most recently, he served as Interim CFO and COO at NextCare Urgent Care, a national network of over 150 locations across 12 states. During his time there, he led the finance and operations teams through a critical period of transition, overseeing joint ventures and implementing key improvements in data analytics and patient workflows. His leadership made a lasting impact on both the business and the overall patient experience.

Prior to that, Bret held senior leadership roles at Premier Franchise Management, MedExpress and MVB Financial Corp., where he built finance functions from the ground up, led strategic planning and oversaw multi-state operations. His ability to bring clarity, structure, and forward momentum to complex organizations makes him a strong addition to our leadership team.
