Carl Donaldson joined American Addiction Centers in 2019 as an Outreach Coordinator, quickly distinguishing himself through his commitment to service and results-driven leadership. In 2023, he advanced to Regional Manager, and in 2025, he was appointed Vice President of Business Development.

Driven by a deep passion for helping individuals and families access timely, compassionate care, Carl is widely recognized for his dedication to both patients and partners. His leadership and contributions were honored in 2023 when he received AAC’s Business Development Leadership Award, recognizing his exceptional impact on the organization and its mission.

Education: 

MS in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg
