About
Greg Powers, LCSW-S, brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, and human services. Throughout his career, he has led treatment campuses, strengthened clinical programs, and built leadership teams that deliver high-quality care while supporting the people who provide it.
As Executive Director of Greenhouse Treatment Center, Greg leads with the belief that compassionate care and clinical excellence go hand in hand. He works closely with clinical and operational teams to create an environment where patients feel respected, staff feel supported, and recovery remains the center of every decision.
Greg has guided organizations through Joint Commission and CARF accreditation, expanded evidence-based and trauma-informed programming, and partnered with communities to improve access to addiction treatment. He is passionate about helping individuals and families move from crisis to recovery and believes lasting change begins with treating every person with dignity.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife of 26 years and their two sons. As a family, they love traveling, being outdoors, and discovering new places together.
