About
Nicole Paliotti has an extensive background in healthcare operations, project management, process improvement, and business development. She is passionate about fostering team collaboration and innovation to deliver impactful results and improve health outcomes for clients.
Nicole most recently served as the Clinical Outreach Manager for Aware Recovery Care, an in-home-based treatment program for SUD. Before that, she worked as a Project Management consultant for the RI Department of Health, managing grants, programs, and strategic partner relationships. At South County Health, she deployed a system-wide daily visual management system to track and monitor KPIs, enhancing community service delivery and operational sustainability.
Nicole holds an MBA from Johnson & Wales University and an MHA from Salve Regina University. She has a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. She resides in South County, RI, with her husband, Pete, and their two children, Ben and Sydney. Crediting her family’s unconditional support as the backbone of her own recovery journey, she aspires to help others afflicted by the disease of addiction.
