About
Matthew brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience spanning hospice, home health, and skilled nursing leadership and administration, along with a strong commitment to serving individuals and families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. His clinical and operational background includes skilled nursing leadership roles, where he supported interdisciplinary teams, improved care coordination for seniors, many of whom were veterans, and ensured high-quality outcomes for patients with complex medical needs. This experience has shaped his practical, compassionate approach to helping patients, Veterans and their families navigate treatment and recovery resources with confidence and clarity.
A proud Navy Veteran, Matthew served on active duty during Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom from 2000-2004 and continues his service today as an active Navy Reservist with a Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron. His firsthand understanding of military culture, transition challenges, and the unique needs of service members allows him to build authentic connections with veterans seeking support. At American Addiction Centers, he is dedicated to advocating for Veterans and ensuring they have timely access to high-quality addiction and behavioral healthcare services.
