In CBT, you work with clinicians to change dysfunctional thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that led to your substance use disorder.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
DBT aims to change negative behavior patterns by applying logical discussions that emphasize emotion and mindfulness interventions.
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
In MI, you work to increase your self-generated motivation to change. The goal is to build your internal motivation to aid you in your recovery.
Early Recovery Groups
These structured groups focus on different topics relevant to the participating individuals.

Therapy sessions, designed for couples and families, can be an essential part of your recovery. When spouses, partners, family members, children, and other loved ones understand your addiction and address complex family dynamics with you, they can better support you and reduce your risk of relapse.
