Raquel Medina

The Vice President of Clinical Services & Compliance role offers Raquel an exciting opportunity to strengthen and expand American Addiction Centers’ clinical programming, increase patient engagement, improve treatment outcomes, and maximize talent and create passionate teams. She looks forward to leading clinical efforts that instill best practices, quality assurance, and the integrity of compliance. Her goal is to contribute and influence a culture that is defined by delivery and partnerships striving for clinical excellence through every touch point.   

As a licensed clinician with direct care experience, various leaderships roles both in non- for-profit and for-profit organizations, Raquel understands the obligations that are required of her teams. Throughout her experience she has learned the importance of a supportive environment, especially when working in a helping profession. These lessons continue to motivate her desire to build strong teams that have the passion and skills to help others live and find their purpose.
