Dr. Mark Calarco was featured on Let’s Talk Drugs, a podcast about the impact drugs have in the lives of others. In this episode, Dr. Calarco speaks about his experience with treating veterans with PTSD and what treatments can be most effective when treating PTSD and addiction.

“I think it’s important to emphasize that you do need to address the underlying neurochemical and neurophysiological issues that are going on that are fundamental to veterans especially if we know that addiction is a brain disease but we understand more and more that PTSD is also a brain disease, it’s not just a psychological issue.”
