AAC Co-CEOs on Their Atypical Leadership Approach
AAC’s co-CEOs, Ellen-Jo Boschert and David Hans, were featured in Becker’s Behavioral Health in October 2024, discussing their atypical model of leadership and why it works for them and for the organization at large. Boschert described her working relationship with Hans as very synergistic and agile. “We don’t have to reflect for days. We can get on a call, make a decision and process in real time with our team,” she said.
