Cleveland, OH Fox affiliate WOIO covered a study listed on Heroin.net that named Ohio as the state with the second highest rate of mortality when it comes to the drug fentanyl.

“Generally speaking, states where the rate of deaths due to fentanyl is high are also those that have relatively higher rates of use,” said Ruchi Dhami, explaining why the state of Ohio may have placed so high on the list.
