• Outpatient rehab treatment: This type of treatment includes partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs and allows you to return home daily instead of living at the treatment facility.
• Counseling: Talking to a therapist or other mental health professional is an important part of both active treatment and aftercare.
• Medications: Medications for substance use disorder are an important part of treatment and recovery for many people.³ If your care provider prescribes a medication to support your recovery, it may be partially or fully covered by your Tufts Health Plan.
