About
John Sannuto brings a wealth of experience to his role as Executive Director at River Oaks Treatment Center. He is an accomplished healthcare leader with over 20 years of C-level operations and clinical leadership experience in the behavioral health profession.
John’s expertise includes providing strategic leadership and direction in both psychiatric free-standing and inpatient behavioral health facilities.
He has designed and implemented partial hospitalization programs and intensive outpatient programs, worked on new construction projects, and held leadership positions at free-standing, multi-function facilities in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Colorado, Nevada, Texas, and Indiana.
John is also a Veteran and currently serves as a Major in the U.S. Air Force Nurse Corp Reserves, working with the Wounded Warrior program and mental health component. Additionally, John dedicates his free time to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and other support groups related to behavioral health.
