About the Allied Trades Assistance Program
The Allied Trades Assistance Program (ATAP) is a non-profit organization created by Philadelphia Trade Unions to contain costs, and promote services for substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and related issues.1
What Does ATAP Insurance Cover?
ATAP insurance may be able to cover substance use disorder treatment and depending on your plan, may cover at least part of the cost of:
- Detox
- Inpatient or Residential Rehab
- Outpatient Rehab
- Medications and MAT
Does ATAP Cover Co-Occurring Disorder Treatment?
Dual diagnosis treatment such as treatment of depression or anxiety as well as addiction treatment may be covered under mental or behavioral health services. Depending on your level of coverage, mental health treatments may at least be partially covered.
