Raquel Medina
About
Raquel Medina is the Facility Executive Director at Recovery First Treatment Center as well as the Vice President of Clinical Services & Compliance for AAC. Not only is Raquel working to strengthen and expand American Addiction Centers’ clinical programming, increase patient engagement, improve treatment outcomes, and maximize talent, but she will also lead the team at Recovery First. In both roles, she looks forward to leading clinical efforts that instill best practices, quality assurance, and the integrity of compliance. Her goal is to contribute to and influence a culture that is defined by delivery and partnerships striving for clinical excellence through every touch point.
As a licensed clinician with direct care experience and various leadership roles both in not-for-profit and for-profit organizations, Raquel understands the obligations that are required of her teams. Throughout her experience, she has learned the importance of a supportive environment, especially when working in a helping profession. These lessons continue to motivate her desire to build strong teams that have the passion and skills to help others live and find their purpose.
