Dual diagnosis treatment such as treatment of depression or anxiety as well as addiction treatment may be covered under mental or behavioral health services. Depending on your level of coverage, mental health treatments may at least be partially covered.

All Savers Alternate Funding is a self-funded health plan offered by UnitedHealthcare Insurance.1 The All Savers plan includes 3 different parts:1

  1. A self-funded medical plan
  2. Third party administration agreement with United Healthcare for claims processing, billing, and other administrative tasks
  3. A stop-loss insurance policy with either All Savers Insurance Company or United Healthcare depending on your service region.
